QUAKERTOWN – The North Penn Knights brought four wrestlers to the District One North tournament and two advanced to the South East Regional tournament. Both Dominic Colangelo (145) and Randy Haun (152) each placed fouth in their bracket.

North Penn finished 15th out of 20 teams, with 29 points. Quakertown won the team title with 156 points, beating second place Norristown by 57.5 points. Quakertown's Nick Lubenetski won the outstanding wrestler award. The top 4 wrestlers in each weight class advanced to the South East AAA Regional next weekend at Oxford High School.
