TOWAMENCIN – The North Penn Knights won an important league meet over the Central Bucks South Titans, 43-33. North Penn (3-3, 5-4) pulled ahead early with pins from Dominic Colangelo (160) and Will Bachert (171) and a decision from George Shipp (189). After a quick pin by the Titans, a disqualification in the 285 bout cost the Titans an extra 3 team points on top of giving up 6. The Titans got two more pins by the strength of their order at 103 and 112. Then North Penn got the points right back with a pin from Evan Conti (119) and a forfeit to Tyler Romano (125). With North Penn missing some varsity starters Central Bucks South was able to tie the team score with three straight pins. But in the final two matches Mike Robinson (145) got the quickest Knights pin of the night and Randy Haun (152) won by major decision.
